Live Simply is a spotless, well maintained 1996 Navigator 5000 Classic currently berthed in a 55 foot slip in Emery Cove Yacht Harbor. The three-stateroom layout is spacious and elegant with numerous features including Heating/AC, Kohler Generator and combination washer/dryer.
Live Simply has just received a new coat of wax and upgrades to many interior features. The care of this yacht has been meticulous. She shows like a newer vessel with great accommodations and will handle inland waters or the open ocean with equal ease. Navigator's practical design and build quality is exceptional.
Upon entering the cockpit there is an obvious feeling of space. This is carried through into the light filled salon and galley area which is perfectly suited for open living and relaxing days on anchor. Further forward there is an expansive helm area and up top a large open flybridge.
Three well-appointed staterooms give you plenty of room for friends and family to join you in making great memories on the water.

You enter by way of the walk-through transom gate, across the large cockpit and into the spacious main salon through double sliding glass doors. There you find updated carpet throughout the yacht. There is a large three cushion leather sofa to starboard. An occasional chair is to port with a storage ottoman and the entertainment center is below the windows. The salon and galley are on the same level and full beam width. There are two bar stools at the spacious galley counter.
The galley is forward of the salon with a large counter for dining or food preparation. The U-shaped design makes working in the galley underway a breeze. Large double sinks are outboard to port. New appliances (stove top, microwave, and fridge/freezer), a garbage disposal, a coffee maker, trash compactor round out this well-designed galley.

The master is full width, midship with a queen island bed, washer/dryer, reading lights, TV, and cedar-lined hanging lockers. An ensuite head includes a separate full shower, vanity, large mirrors, mirrored medicine cabinet and VacuFlush toilet.
The VIP stateroom is forward with a centerline queen V-Berth, 4 cabinets, 4 drawers and a hanging locker faced with a full-length mirror.
Forward to port is the guest stateroom with over/under bunks, reading lights, opening port, hanging locker and linen storage.
Across from the guest bunks is a head with a VacuFlush toilet, vanity, wash basin, mirrored medicine cabinet and a full shower.
20-gallon water heater makes for a comfortable shower.

Two steps up from the Main Salon/ Galley area is the Pilothouse with a spacious dinette with new upholstery and Arrigoni helm chair. The Pilothouse on the Navigator 50 has great visibility while allowing the captain to ride in the comfort of an enclosed area. The U-shaped dinette has similar visibility allowing for company while cruising at the lower helm. 4-6 people can relax here comfortably while underway or to enjoy a meal.
Accessing the foredeck from the pilothouse door one walks up onto a spacious deck that is easily navigated with low steps and high rails. The anchor windlass may be activated from the foredeck or remotely from either the flybridge or pilothouse helm.
The bridge easily seats 10 and includes a canvas bimini as well as covers for all seats. There is a Brower Systems electric dingy davit.
The engine room is accessed through the cockpit sole and large lazarette. As one descends there are two large aluminum fuel tanks with the GenSet just forward of the starboard tank. The engine room is dominated by twin Volvo Penta TAMD 63 370 HP engines. There is an impressive amount of space between and around the motors. There are Racor primary fuel filters, three 16,000 BTU Marine Air systems, a 20-gallon hot water heater, UV water filter, 110 outlet, Kohler 13.5 KW generator, and a battery watering system. The exhaust cowling system was recently modified to integrate with the hull.
