2001 Boston Whaler Conquest 28. Boat just surveyed (10/19/2017). Surveyor said he has done almost 7000 surveys and this is one of the cleanest boats he has seen. All systems working with no major defects found.
Re-engined in 2006 with Yamaha F225 Four-Stroke motors! Quiet and dependable. Motors are 2nd generation Yamaha F225's with the modified exhaust systems - NOT the older motors (built from 2002-2004) that had a corrosion issue. As a precaution surveyor looked into the exhaust with a scope and found no issues.
Great for fishing, cruising or even pulling a tube around. Comfort and range to explore the entire Chesapeake Bay or wherever she is homeported. Wide beam makes the boat very stable and easy to move around on. Extremely versitile design with legendary Boston Whaler quality at a fraction of the cost of a new boat.
Wonderful layout with Captains chair and companion bench/lounge that can seat up to 3 additional inside the cockpit. Fold out bench seat on the stern - seats 2-3.
Cabin is very comfortable. Dinette table with wrap around seating, galley and head w/shower. Great ventilation.
Kept on a lift while I have owned it. Covered in winter. My kids are moving away and we don't use the boat enough, so decided to sell. Great family boat to get out and explore with.
