2023 Mini Transat Finisher and Classe Mini 6.50 rules compliant This boat is race ready for those who want to race solo across the Atlantic, in the Bermuda One-Two, or local distance racing. As the second owner, I bought this boat in Sept 2020 in Annapolis, had all the electronics wiring professionally  replaced, then shipped over to France. Raced against other Minis from 2021-2023, concluding with the Mini Transat, then sailed from Guadeloupe back up to Annapolis.  This boat is solid with many more miles ready to go.  Just about everything on this boat has been replaced. Always dry sailed and stored on trailer (boat is available with or without trailer).  New bottom paint in July 2025 ( VC Offshore Regatta Baltoplate with epoxy barrier coat), so the boat could easily stay in the water year round if desired.  Currently stored on a trailer with bunks that allow a fork lift to launch the boat. Between the 4 solar panels and hydrogenerator, this boat is has more than enough power for long passages using the autopilot and instruments. -Spares for just about everything located in climate controlled storage unit -2x sets of race sails, plus delivery/practice sails -2021: New mast, boom, bowsprit, standing rigging -2023: New spare bowsprit and rotating connection part -2023: New rudders (spare rudders included) -2022: Keel inspection (removed fin and bulb), professionally repaired/installed in France by a major Class40 repair shop -2022: 2x 105 ah Lithium Batteries -NKE Electronics w/ remote (spare mast wind sensor), 2x multigraphic displays -NKE Gyropilot 2 -Furuno GPS -2023: Watt & Sea hydrogenerator (professionally installed) -2021: 2x stern mounted (on custom carbon poles) Solbian solar panels -2023: 2x deck mounted Solbian solar panels -2021: AIS transponder, AIS tracks can be viewed on VHF radio down below, VHF deck mic from cockpit, and NKE multigraphic displays (one on deck, one down below) -2023: Torqeedo electric outboard motor (small mount on deck makes it easy to remove motor for sailing) -Viking 4 man life raft (repacked 2024) that fits inside stern hatch -So much more included See more here: https://www.pgnoceanracing.com/boat Contact me at [email protected]

When your home is near the water, J/105 may be your ideal sailboat. Count up the number of nights spent sleeping aboard and compare that to the number of picnic sails when you would have liked a larger, more comfortable cockpit. J/105 is the answer. Her large cockpit combined with simple 4-5 berth week-ending layout results in two significant owner benefits: (1) A savings of $50,000 in little-used furniture, systems and cabinetry needed for extended cruising, and (2) A boat that's easier to handle, more comfortable in waves and more fun to sail for its size. J/105 has the stability, rig and sail controls to handle 15-20 knot winds without the need of reefing. It has the strength and seaworthiness for ocean going passages. Sailing World Magazine's panel of experts selected J/105 as Boat-of-the-Year among racer-cruisers in 1992. Since then over 630 have been launched worldwide, fulfilling a variety of needs. Enthusiasm for this great boat continues to blossom with an active owner's association and owner maintained web site to help you get the most from your boat. J/105 is the most successful modern one-design keelboat class over 30' in the World. There are one-design starts in virtually every major sailing center across the US and several class starts across Europe. Single handed sailors have raced and cruised to Bermuda; an older couple enjoys cruising in Maine and winning the Monhegan Race after giving up their Alden 54; and America's Cup helmsman race for prize money around the country in a professional match racing circuit. "A gust of wind, blowing about 25 mph, accelerated the J/105 up to a sustained speed of over 14 knots." J/105 makes sailing easier and smoother. No pitching, no rolling about and no panic drills. You may never have to leave her comfortable cockpit. Gone are feverish routines of course and sail changes. Enjoy the luxury of a dodger while napping on full-length cockpit cushions. Only one jib to tend. Roll it in or out. The spinnaker is contained in a snuffer. Jibing is a one person operation. Simply let go the old sheet, then trim in the new one. Good-bye big racing crews and foredeck work. Hello fun and relaxation. Whether blowing 5 mph or 20 mph, you will want to set J/105's asymmetric spinnaker - even with just two people aboard! It adds a new dimension to sailing enjoyment: It's (1) safer with total snuffing or partial quick-reefing from the cockpit, (2) easier with one person controlling all sails, (3) smoother with a better-balanced sailplan which helps you steer out of trouble, (4) stiffer due to a low VCG and the spinnaker's lower center of area and flat, open leech, and (5) faster over waves thanks to the power and lift of this unique spinnaker design.
