1951 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout

This stunning Mahogany Racer went through a full restoration at Katz's Marina in 2011 to make her show worthy to the full extent. This boat left the Chris Craft plant with a rare blue interior that was re-done, and brought back to life during the restoration. Upon restoration a new 5200 bottom was installed. She is powered by a freshly rebuilt Chris Craft Model MBL engine with 158HP with a 6 volt electrical system. A file on the boat is included from the maratime museum, and the boat comes with a customized trailer, canvas cover, and canvas bags for the cushions. All matching serial numbers complete this special boat.

Katz's Marina specializes in wooden Chris Craft restoration. The boat is in exaclty the same condition as when restoration was complete. It has been used only 3 days post restoration, and has been in covered storage sice restoration. It is started each year, winterized, cleaned/polished and put back in storage.
