Walsh Bay Party Boat.

This lovely iconic 1969 old style 59 foot cruise boat operates on Sydney Harbour offering a wide range of event cruises for up to 150 people. She is comfortable and economical to run and extremely manoeuvrable on her single Cummins 220 HP engine and large rudder. The engine was replaced approximately 4,000 hours ago and is well maintained.

On board there is a large main floor area with a bar set up at the front of the boat. Rear deck and open upper level. There is a dance area in the middle of the floor with surround sound and lighting equipment.

The boat currently operates on a BYO basis but has had a liquor licence in the past, the current owner finds managing the boat and her guest less stressful on a BYO basis, however the new owner may choose to have the liquor licence and apply for a new one. Cooking facilities are limited and most functions are catered for with outside catering and charge an additional corkage fee.

The vessel is in need of some maintenance to the rub rails around the sides of the boat as the constant movement at the wharfs wears away the timber rails, the work has commenced on this item but will take some time to complete. The vessel is still operational in the current condition.

1E survey allows the vessel to navigate most areas of the harbour with pickups from King Street Wharf or elsewhere if preferred.

The boat currently is moored or a privatel mooring at the cost of around $2,500 per year. The mooring is optional for the new owner.
