This 1982 Sea Ray 225 is a 22 express cruiser located in Cumby, Texas.
Sea Ray is a name known for long-lasting, durable boats and this one proves that point.
Powered by a great 5.7 liter Mercruiser V8 inboard/outboard engine, the boat runs strong as can be seen in the video in our ad where we took the boat out on beautiful Lake Tawakoni on June 30, 2022.
The interior is a blank canvas for you to do with what you want to make your own, as upholstery is serviceable but could use replacing.
You have a nice forward cabin area with a v birth and private head, making for a great place to get out of the heat or overnight stays at the lake!
The trailer is really heavy duty with galvanized torsion axles and newer e- range tires.
Looking for a boat that you go straight to the water with and start enjoying without a ton of cost, this classic Sea Ray is a great option!

Condition
The overall hull condition and fiberglass is still quite good for a boat of this age. The graphics have been removed and the boat was buffed out some and still looks pretty good. The interior upholstery is a bit aged and could use updating but all is still serviceable. Most of the gauges on the dash panel are all still operable, including the speedometer, tachometer, water temp, etc.
