 I versatile boat for it's size, having most of the features of a larger boat.

 Below decks is a saloon with table and seating for 4 either side. Heads  compartment with chemical toilet. Galley with sink, hot and cold water,  12/240v fridge, microwave oven (240v). To the rear is a large double berth  under rear deck with window. One the upper area is the cockpit, with captains  chair, and curved seating for  3 people, and a pull out seat behind for an  extra 1 or 2 people. Deck shower (hot and cold) and swim ladder for after  those days in the water.

 I spent 7 years finding the ideal boat, a good size, whilst still having  reasonable marina fees (which are based on length of boat). A fast, and  comfortable boat for up to four people staying over on a weekend (can carry  more on a day trip). All the features of a caravan...on the water!

The bi-level cockpit with reversible lounge seat, and slide-out seat, provides room for all. Inside, there are two separate double berths, a highly functional galley with sink and icebox, and an enclosed head with portable toilet. Every Bayliner for 1997 is designed and built to meet or exceed all applicable standards of the US. Coast Guard, and every one carries the certification seal of the National Marine Manufacturers Association. Everything from gelcoats to carpeting is subjected to extreme climate exposure and stress testing far beyond the limits of normal use. The biggest test comes when the hull meets the water the prototypes are put through grueling performance, handling and endurance trials. Hull strength, ride characteristics, fuel efficiency, engine performance and more are all scientifically evaluated. Bayliner seals the transom opening during the lay-up process. Most builders simply cut an opening through the transom of a completed hull, exposing stiffening end grain and inviting decay. No exposed wood means longer hull life.
