53' Carver Voyager Looking for a New Owner
This vessel has recently had an engine room and lazarette detail and a topside detail. The bottom is cleaned regularly and sacrificials are in place on all the running gear and transom. She will be due for bottom paint this coming season. The Cummins engines were serviced less than 20 hours ago. The aftercoolers were pressure tested and serviced at this time. New dinghy and new motor are included. The bow rail needs repair from storm ride-out (2017). Stateroom headliners are due to be replaced (sagging from Florida climate). Topside cushions are newer. This 53 needs a new owner and some refurbishing. She is very attractively priced and offers are encouraged as the owners want to downsize.......
This fly bridge has a newer bimini top and a commanding view all around. The cushions are newer as well with storage underneath. Beverage refrigerator and sink and storage in the starboard console. Large circular seating behind the upper helm. Dinghy and Mercury motor (both new) and davit hoist (currently inoperable) are on the aft of the upper deck. The helm console switches and arch could use some refurbishing.
Lower Helm and Salon/Galley
The layout of these 53's is know for it's 'user friendly' style. Straight down from the upper helm are stairs to the lower helm station which offers a very comfortable helm chair and equally comfortable semi-circular couch and table just behind. Just one step down and to the stbd aft takes you into the salon and galley. The galley refrigerator has been replace with a stand alone refrigerator. The entertainment cubby is due for an upgrade. The couch and other soft good are in good shape and there is lots of cabinet storage.
The curved stairs to the stbd side of the lower helm take you down to the landing which splits the 3 staterooms with the VIP and guest stateroom head and shower to the right. The Master stateroom is to the left. The head and shower in the master are split with vanity in the middle. There is plenty of drawers and closet space. All in all, these staterooms are very inviting and cozy.
