Condition

Survey from July 2021 found the following things: The engines, outdrives, and exhaust are all functioning properly. The engine compartment blower ducting was torn throughout. Debris, trash and scummy water was noted to be in the engine bilge area. A water line was noted in the engine compartment, approximately 8" above the bottom of the bilge centerline. Soft percussion soundings and highly elevated moisture meter readings were observed on the cockpit deck, approximately 1' in diameter to port of the table stanchion base. Cockpit gutter drains were plugged and holding water. The locking latches for the port forward portlight and the starboard forward portlight were broken/cracked. Windlass would not prove operable. The chain locker hatch was sealed shut, the chain locker and the rode inside the chain locker was not observed. The waste hose from the Y-valve to the deck pump out plate showed surface cracking. The breaker for the freshwater pump would trip when the pump was operated for more than 10 seconds. The main breaker at the dock pedestal would trip when the water heater was switched on. The bracket for the A/C raw water pump was broken. The "Surface Hot" light at the stove top did not prove operable. The port engines digital hourmeter at the helm station was unreadable. No DC grounding conductor observed at battery charger case. Coolant overflow reservoir for the generator was empty. Corrosion was noted on the generators fuel cooler directly below the heat exchanger. Generator's exhaust hose showed surface cracking from the exhaust pot to the topsides discharge. The generator did turn over but did not start. The steering tie bar showed flaking corrosion centerline. Trim tab fluid reservoir was empty. The bonding bus bracket port forward in the engine compartment was broken off. No visual distress signals (flares, meteors) were observed on vessel with current expiration date. Gelcoat cracking was observed on both the port and starboard sides of the swim platform. Appears to be cosmetic in nature at this time. Vinyl upholstery on the seating throughout the cockpit and bridge deck showed mildew staining and various areas of torn stitching. The bowrail was slightly bent centerline forward. Two of the three arch lights were inoperable. The port underwater light was inoperable. Eisenglass panels observed in the cabin were cracked and stained green in color. A "clanking" sound was heard from the AC blower motor everytime the unit was shutdown or reached set point temperature. The stereo remote control at the helm was not securely mounted.
