Tragically the primary builder passed away forcing the sale of the boat.   Rigging plans are included and ready for the rigger to go to work.  

Or use her as-is as a Trawler:  Add some deck hardware and explore the Puget Sound, the islands and beyond as a comfortable and capable trawler style power boat. 

This is not your typical "backyard boat".  Already a skilled carpenter and project manager,  the builder supplemented his skill set by becoming an ABYC member and gaining certifications in Marine Electrical, Diesel and Corrosion.  It shows.  The interior is roomy and joinery is beautiful.  Gorgeous teak floors and shining new cabinets.  Peek beneath/behind the many access panels and you'll see an infrastructure that is neat and professional; using only the best materials/parts.  The engine room is a sight to behold!    

Nothing was spared in the outfitting of this boat. From the Turbo Diesel 110 HP Yanmar (10 hours!),  Top of the line B&G Electronics,  fully insulated hull,  Norcold frig/freezer, Force 10 stove, Washer/Dryer, bow thruster.... the list goes on.
