    FOR SALE: Fresh Water Trawler, 34 feet, 1983 Mainship Mark III, professionally maintained and in great condition. Located in Midland on Georgian Bay. This boat is great for cruising Georgian Bay, North Channel, Great Lakes or can be taken for the Great Loop or Florida with a draft of 3.5 feet. Very economical: Diesel engine, Perkins 200hp with only 2277 original hours. Cruising speed of 9 knots, 1800 RPM 2.6 gal/hr. 7.5 knots, 1600 RPM 1.6 gal/hr. Can be used as a cottage on the water, very comfortable with big V-berth, sofa in salon and 2 extra beds on fly bridge as well as a stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven, marine AC and heater, and a 32'' TV. Well equipped with bow thruster, Raymarine chartplotter, radar, autopilot, new Standard Horizon Radio, new house battery, inverter charger, windlass, door to swim platform from cockpit. Also included is a portable Honda Generator 2000i. In addition: new floor in salon and cockpit, full enclosure on fly bridge, stainless steel anchor 20kg, 150 ft anchor chain, and swim platform with dinghy mount equipment. The Mainship Pilot 34 Sedan (hardtop) has the seakeeping abilities of the lobsters boats it has descended from. It has a steep plumb bow and a gentle rise of the sheer - both of these qualities give the Pilot 34 Sedan the ability to cut through head seas, while the rounded forward hull sections provide a soft entry. Flatter sections aft increase lift for speed and economy, and the deep full keel with a complete sand shoe gives stability and protection from grounding. In the cockpit, the Pilot 34 Sedan has double-wide helm and companion seats flanking the large hydraulically-assisted engine access hatch. The side lounges can double as berths with the removable backrests. A tilt-up console means easy access to electronics and wiring, and there is a built-in insulated cooler box as well as a standard transom door. Below, the cabin has a large head complete with Corian covered vanity, lots of storage, a shower, and even a VacuFlush head. The teak-trimmed galley offers plenty of storage, ample Corian counter space, a microwave, a dual cooktop, and a refrigerator and freezer. There is even a slide-out pantry for convenience. The large dinette easily converts to a double berth and includes plenty of storage. Forward in the stateroom, hanging lockers and drawers will swallow gear for the weekend or a month. Extra-long innerspring berths guarantee a great night's sleep.
