Mechanical Equipment

This boat is powered by twin 2013 Suzuki 250hp DF250AP four-stroke engines, which are widely regarded for their reliability and fuel efficiency. These are the AP models featuring Suzuki’s "Precision Control" drive-by-wire system, which provides incredibly smooth shifting and instant throttle response—no clunky cables. They have been meticulously maintained with every annual service performed on schedule, most recently in September, so she is turn-key ready.

Most of the hours on these motors were accumulated at idle during long-range offshore trips, meaning the internal wear is far less than typical hard-run engines. With a massive 460-mile range, you can run to the deep rigs and back without worry. The boat is also equipped with power assist steering for effortless handling, and the hull is designed to handle chop with a solid, dry ride.

Deck and Hull Equipment

This hull is a tank. Stamas is famous for building heavy, solid fiberglass boats that don't shudder in big water. I have modified this specific vessel to be the ultimate offshore platform, adding rod holders all the way around the gunwales—you can never have too many. I also installed dedicated power outlets specifically for deep-drop electric reels, so you are ready for tilefish or swordfish right away.

The boat features a huge transom livewell to keep bait frisky all day, along with massive insulated fish boxes that hold ice incredibly well. There is a walk-through transom door for hauling in big pelagics or easy boarding after a dive. The T-top is solid aluminum with a canvas top in great shape, providing essential shade. Note: There is a purely cosmetic dent on the gunwale from a neighbor hitting a piling; it has been surveyed and confirmed as non-structural, so it doesn't affect performance at all.

Navigation Systems

have completely overhauled the electronics with a top-of-the-line, professional Furuno suite. This is not basic consumer gear; this is a commercial-grade setup specifically chosen for finding fish and navigating safely in the dark.

MFD: Furuno NavNet TZtouch3 16" Multi-Function Display. This screen is massive, fast, and features a built-in 1kW Dual Channel CHIRP sounder that reads bottom clearly at speed.
Radar: Furuno DRS4D-NXT Solid-State Doppler Radar. This is a game-changer. It highlights hazardous targets instantly (Target Analyzer) and has a dedicated "Bird Mode" that finds flocks of birds miles away to put you on the fish.
Autopilot: Furuno NavPilot 300 with an Octopus 1.0L pump. It holds a course perfectly, even in a following sea, and integrates seamlessly with the TZtouch3.
AIS: Furuno FA70 AIS Transceiver. This allows you to see commercial traffic and be seen by them, a massive safety feature for offshore runs.

Additional Equipment

Included in the sale is a custom MYCO all-aluminum triple-axle trailer. MYCO builds the best welded bunk trailers in the industry; this one tracks straight as an arrow and has brand new tires and fresh bearings.

I am also including a complete offshore fishing package to get you started immediately. You get all of my new fishing reels, a collection of both new and used offshore rods, and a tackle selection of new lures. This isn't just a boat; it's a complete, ready-to-fish operation. The boat has always been stored indoors (currently in Rockport, TX), keeping the gel coat and upholstery in excellent condition.
