Beschreibung
Nearly perfect 2016 R27 Classic. Always kept in a covered berth. Just had the 8 year service including the timing belt and a new dripless packing gland. It has Yacht Bedding in the V berth that is extremely comfortable. Regularly washed and recently polished and waxed. The gelcoat is in nearly perfect condition. New bottom paint, prop speed, and zincs. Recent oil analysis. Oil changed every 100 hours. Fastidiously maintained with an open checkbook.
Nearly perfect 2016 R27 Classic. She has always been kept in a covered berth and the gelcoat is in excellent condition. I have regularly polished and waxed her. Nothing is sun damaged or faded. The V Berth has and Yacht Bedding and is extremely comfortable. I have always managed the moisture in the cabin with a dehumidifier and with moisture absorbers (Dry-Z-Air) in all of the lockers. The engine has been warmed up to operating temperature at least once every two weeks when not in regular usage. The oil has been changed every 100 hours and she has been fastidiously maintained with an open checkbook. Receipts for major service and upgrades are available.
I just had the 1,400 hour, or eight year service, done, including a new timing belt, and a dripless packing gland. This is the only major engine service that will be needed for another eight years. In June she got two coats of fresh bottom paint and prop speed.
There is a full canvas enclosure for the aft deck. There is no stove or propane system. I have just used an inductive burner when I’m at the dock and the propane grill on the back when I’m at anchor.
There is a trailer, but I haven’t ever seen it. It is in storage where the last owner kept her.
I am the third owner. The first owner sold her with 60 hours. I bought her with 460 hours and now she has approximately 1,000 hours.
I have loved owning her and cruising the SF Bay and Delta but now I’m retired and I need something a little bit bigger.
