Accommodations

This dual console layout offers comfortable seating and lounging for up to nine passengers. The mate’s lounge (passenger seat) reclines both forward- and rear-facing, and folds fully flat for sun-bathing or resting. The bow area features a removable bench extension that integrates into the head space to form one large bow bench — ideal for relaxing or socializing. The aft cockpit includes a folding reach-bench for two, fully stowed when not in use to free deck space. All cushions are covered with matching custom seat covers for protection and aesthetic continuity.

The private head compartment is walk-down, never used, and equipped with a Porta Potti 335 (which can be set up in either a holding tank configuration or quick-dispose tray mode). The boat is finished with high-quality upholstery, matching covers, and plenty of seating versatility for both comfort and functionality.

Mechanical Equipment

Powered by a Yamaha F200XB outboard with only 109 hours, this engine combines efficient performance and proven reliability. The 79-gallon fuel tank gives ample range for extended outings. Trim tabs are fitted, helping balance the hull and improve ride comfort in varying water conditions. The boat’s lightly used condition and responsible ownership mean minimal wear on mechanics and systems. The included custom 2022 AmeraTrail trailer is designed for this model and simplifies land transport and storage.

Galley Equipment

While this vessel is primarily oriented toward fishing and cruising rather than full galley amenities, it does include provisions for comfort and convenience. The water wash-down hose simplifies cleaning after fishing, and coolers are built under both starboard passenger seats to keep beverages and food chilled. Deck and Hull Equipment

The 2022 Cobia 240 DC hull features the deep-V deadrise design (~21.5°) beloved for its stability and performance. A dark bimini top provides shade for the cockpit. Rod and tackle storage are generous: two separate tackle storage compartments under the captain’s chair, plus in-gunwale or under-gunnel rod racks (as typical on Cobia models) for serious angling function. A dedicated livewell with wash-down hose serves fishing needs. Extensive stowage bins abound throughout the deck, and built-in coolers under starboard passenger seats enhance the deck’s usability. Boarding is assisted via a hidden telescoping ladder at the stern (common on this model). The boat comes with custom full cover for storage when not in use.

Navigation Systems

Featured onboard is the Garmin GPSMAP 8610 touchscreen chartplotter (10-inch full HD in-plane switching display) with Active Captain app support, network capable and ideally suited for both cruising and fishing electronics networks.
