Beschreibung

Are you looking for the comfort and quality of an Island Packet? Look no further and save some money.

CLEAN FLORIDA TITLE IN HAND!

This is a 1980 Pearson 323. This boat is COMFORTABLE both under sail and at anchor!

The interior features professionally installed Marine A/C. Professionally installed AC/DC refrigeration. Professionally installed updated electric with TWO 30A shore power inlets that run to Blue Sea systems breaker panels. These allow for outlets that were professionally installed throughout the boat and they allow the galley to have an induction stove top and "everything" oven. Convection, microwave, air fryer etc...

The boat has 3 fresh water tanks plus a marine head with a holding tank. The fresh water pump is new and the plumbing was redone with modern PEX. Hot and cold running water flow in the galley and head. The shower sump was also replaced so getting cleaned up is no problem.

The boat is FULLY LINED like a much bigger yacht. No bolts for exterior winches etc... can be seen inside the cabin. It's beautiful and seems much bigger as a result than the 32' of boat saving you a bundle on slip rent.

The bottom was redone by Mar Marine less than 2 years ago and they professionally ground the hull and filled all the blisters at that time. it's been professionally cleaned every month since.

This boat is SOLID. Keel stepped mast, modified fin keep with a skeg rudder. This year/model (but not this one) circumnavigated during the COVID years (saw it on YouTube I think). This boat is built like a blue water crossing vessel... only shorter.

The boat originally had a 23HP Volvo Penta which is still in the boat but the transmission is not. I was looking to convert to electric propulsion but to keep the boat moving in the marina, Mar Marina professionally installed a brand new Yamaha 25 HP, high thrust, long shaft outboard with electric start, an alternator that charges the battery, electric tilt and NEMA 2000 that interfaces with the chart plotter for engine data. <100 hours total on the motor at the time of this writing.

The boat also has LED upgraded bulbs and or light fixtures throughout the cabin, a new iCOM 510 VHF with AIS at the Nav station and the extension unit for the helm. The helm also has a B&G chart plotter with NEMA 2000. The running lights have also been upgraded to LED.

There is 200W of solar hooked up to a Victron MPPT controller, A second battery bank and charger amidship to help with voltage drops on the DC lines, 2 electric bilge pumps run on separate circuits with separate water hose to separate thru hulls.

I'm probably forgetting some stuff since I've been putting all my time and money into this boat for the past 3 years.

Why am I selling? In short, cancer. I looked at modern boats and just didn't find the strength I wanted. I sailed Hobie cats for years and they're great but they break. All boats break but this boat has fiberglassed in "wings" that are perpendicular to the hull where the chainplates attach and so many more things under the surface that will wow you.

The upgraded electric means you can continue my adventure and replace the diesel with an electric motor. You could replace the diesel with a diesel or you could just keep it like it is and enjoy all the comforts of home while you're at the marina and day sail when the weather is nice.
